In this case, a valid licence for the gateway is available. However, it has not yet been registered on the DoorZign server. To complete the registration, the gateway’s start URL must be updated. There are two ways to do this:
1. Setup via HDMI display, mouse or keyboard
Connect an HDMI display and a mouse or keyboard to the gateway. Set up an internet connection – either via an Ethernet cable or by configuring the Wi-Fi. Now connect the gateway to the supplied power supply; the device will start up automatically.
After a short while, the home screen will appear. Enter the following URL there:
https://doorzign.zeitwart.de/welcome
The Doorzign welcome page will appear, and you can now continue with the registration process.
2. per Qbic Remote Configuration Center
If there is a computer on the same subnet, you can use it to access the gateway without having to connect an HDMI monitor.
To do this, you will need to install the RCC software. Please send a brief email to support: support@zeitwart.de
You can search for a device using its IP range if you do not know its exact IP address. It is important that the device is on the same network
Enter the device’s password. You can request the default password from support@zeitwart.de.
You can log in to the display and control it remotely via the pencil icon. Then enter the start URL as described above.
Alternatively, you can also set the start URL directly at the bottom of the settings.
The Doorzign welcome page will appear, and you can now continue with the registration process.
There is no valid free Doorzign licence for this gateway on the licence server. Please contact support at support@zeitwart.de
